Would you like to earn your tier? It's easy! We now pay a referral fee if you refer your friends to move to Dream Seeker Estates. The person you refer must be a new resident who currently does not live in our estates.
Depending on how much land your friend rents, you will receive:
- L$ 1 per every 2 prims of homestead region
- L$ 1 per every 3 prims of FP regions (20k prim)
- L$ 1 per every 4 prims of FP regions (30k prim)
To claim your referral, you must submit a support ticket and set the ticket category to Sales Referral and clearly indicate your name, the name of your friend, region name and the number of prims on the parcel rented. Our staff will complete the sale closing process, invite your friend to the group, answer any questions, and show where and how to pay tier. Please make sure your friend lets our agent know who referred them! You will receive your referral fee once your friend has paid tier for the first 4 weeks.
When you bring your friend to our parcel that is listed for sale, one of our sales agents may show up. Please allow the sales agent to help with the sale. You will still receive your referral fee and the sales agent will receive their commission.
