It appears CasperLET has been impacted by an outage that is causing some rentals to reset to an overdue status. This is immediately noticed when paying a rental or when the rental has updated from the Casper website resulting in a status change to being overdue.
Rest assured your rental is safe even if in arrears at this time. As soon as Casper issues an all clear we'll follow up with all transactions and any rentals that appear out of sync (this may take a while!). So please keep an eye on your offlines and make sure you have offline IMs going to email.
If you are concerned about your tierbox please be sure to file a ticket with us so we can track your request.
